Kids Art Classes - 19 April

On the 18th of April (Autumn school holidays) I am offering 2 art workshops for kids aged between 5 - 11 (Kindergarten to Year 6)

Price is $75 for 1 class or $140 for both classes.

SOLD OUT ** MORNING WORKSHOP - 10AM TO 11.45AM - KINTSUGI VASES
This class is inspired by Kintsugi, the Japanese art of repairing broken pottery with gold. We will use collage, paint, pens, pencils and markers to create a series of 2D mixed media vases that we will then break, cut and rip, and glue back together, filling the cracks with gold pen.

SOLD OUT ** AFTERNOON WORKSHOP - 12.15PM TO 2PM - PECULIAR PORTRAITS
In this class we will create peculiar portraits using a mirror, two handed drawing, acrylic paint, watercolour, pens, pencils, collage and more.

All materials will be supplied and are included in the course price. Children will be given help according to age and can push the techniques to their own level of skill.

The workshop is held at my home studio in Willow Vale. Address will be given on booking. If staying for both sessions there is a supervised lunch break in between. Please send the kids with an apron or in clothes that can get messy. Please pack them snacks, a drink bottle and a nut free lunch.
